Free athletic physicals are now available for all Marion School District students who are participating in school athletics. Physicals are required for all students who plan to play junior high or high school during the 2021-22 school year.
Consent forms and athletic physical forms are available in each school office. Students may also pick up a form from coaches.

Athletic Physical Schedule
Students may receive a free athletic physical at school on the following dates:
- *Monday, April 12 (8:30-11:00)- VPA 6th grade boys & girls
- *Tuesday, April 13 (8:30-11:00)- HCGC 6th grade boys & girls
- *Wednesday, April 14 (8:30-11:00)- MST 6th grade boys & girls
- Thursday, April 15 (8:30-11:00)- 8th grade girls
- Friday, April 16 (8:30-11:00)- 8th grade boys
- Monday, April 19 (8:30-11:00)- 7th grade boys & girls (last name A-M)
- Tuesday, April 20 (8:30-11:00)- 7th grade boys & girls (last name N-Z)
- Wednesday, April 21 (8:30-11:00)- grades 9-11 baseball & softball
- Thursday, April 22 (8:30-11:00)- grades 9-11 soccer, golf, tennis, & cheer
- Friday, April 23 (8:30-11:00)- grades 9-11 football
- Friday, April 23 (12:30-3:00) PATRIOT ARENA- grades 9-11 football, basketball, track, any athlete that missed prior opportunities for physical
*Magnet school 6th graders will be bussed to the School Based Health Center located at MHS.
Other opportunities for physicals:
- Coast To Coast Medical in West Memphis: Free physicals available from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. any day from April 12 to April 23.
- Marion Minor Medical: Free physicals available from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. any day from April 12 to April 23.
- Community Family Medical: Free physicals available from 10 a.m.-noon, or 1-5 p.m. any day from April 12-23.
