Free physicals

Marion School District students may receive a free athletic physical on the dates listed below. An athletic physical is only needed if your student plans to try out or participate in athletics and/or marching band (current 8-11th graders).

  • 4/27 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): VPA current 6th graders

  • 4/28 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): MST current 6th graders

  • 4/29 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): HCGC current 6th graders

  • 4/30 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Current 7th grade last names A-M (no band students)

  • 5/1 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Current 7th grade last names N-Z (no band students)

  • 5/4 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Softball, baseball, volleyball (current grades 10 & 11)

  • 5/5 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Current 8th grade girls (any sport) & current 9th grade softball, baseball, volleyball

  • 5/6 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Current 8th grade boys (any sport)

  • 5/7 (8:30-11:30 @MHS): Soccer, golf, tennis, cheer (current grades 9, 10, 11)

  • 5/7 (12:30-3:00 @MJHS arena): Football, basketball, track, XC (current grades 9, 10, 11)

  • 5/8 (8:30-11:30 @MJHS arena): Marching band (current grade 8)

  • 5/11 (8:30-11:30 @MJHS arena): Marching band (current grade 9)

  • 5/12 (8:30-11:30 @ MJHS arena): marching band (current grades 10 & 11)

In order for your student to receive a physical, please complete the history form in full and sign page 2. Your student must bring this signed form with them to their appointment: Physical Form.

Please note: All physicals must be completed using these official AAA forms.
