Mrs. Koons' 8th grade science is learning about Natural Selection with Teddy Grahams. The idea of natural selection is that traits can be passed down allowing organisms to adapt to the environment better than other organisms of the same species. 8th graders in Career Development took a field trip to ASU/ Mid- South today to learn about all the great opportunities they have to look forward to in high school.
