13 Marion Junior High students attended the Arkansas Young Artists Association Competition and Convention. There were over 5,000 entries into the contest. Carly Williams received the First Place Award in Painting for 9th grade.
MJHS freshmen hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for 1st and 2nd grade students at MST as a class community service project.
The Class of 2028 did an amazing job with donations, providing over 2,200 candy filled eggs for the hunt. Several teachers chipped in as well.
The highest contributors to the project (time stuffing eggs and decorating bags and/or donations) spent the afternoon at MST, making sure the hunt was a success.

Today, 9th grade girls with high ATLAS Science scores were invited to a “Women in STEM” conference in Hot Springs. Students learned about career opportunities in the STEM field and met inspiring women dominating those fields.

Testing begins Monday! Make sure you have your Chromebook ready for testing. Students can leave their Chromebook in the library each day to charge.
